The Cruelty Free Beauty Box | October 2017

There has never been a better time to switch to kinder, conscious beauty when you have fantastic beauty boxes like this delivered right to your door.

Time flies when you're having cruelty-free fun and the Cruelty Free Beauty Box are celebrating their six month birthday and were kind enough to include me in their festivities by sending me October's box. Not only does it include a Konjac Sponge (which I am beyond pleased about because it's one of my favourite exfoliating tools and I need to renew mine!) but it's also filled with all kinds of cruelty free goodies for every beauty lover, ideal for this time of year when the colder temperatures are moving in.

Some completely new brands have snuck their way in, from the likes of Human & Kind, Evio Beauty Group and Eden Perfumes and some of my existing favourites like Miss Pattiserie and of course, the award winning, all natural Konjac Sponge. These products are available to purchase individually from the middle of every month so if you really, really love them, there is no doubt that these goodies would make the perfect birthday gift, or even Christmas. I couldn't be happier with this month's selection and here's a snippet of what's included in October's Cruelty Free Beauty Box:

Miss Patisserie

Peony & Pear Bath Slab
How I've yet to come across one of these is beyond me. It's a fabulous, skin softening bath fizzy bar and all you need to do is break a chunk off and add to your bath - bliss, right? And beautifully scented with Peony & Pear.

Human & Kind

Hand, Elbow & Foot Cream
If there were ever a multi-purpose cream then this is it. Hands, elbows and feet all seem to suffer with the same dry conditions and this is going to be perfect for Winter prep, even underneath all those layers.

Eden Perfumes

Finally I can try this wonderful brand of all natural, vegan perfumes handmade right here in the UK. I have been keeping an eye out for a cruelty free perfume I can stick with and dare I say I think I've found it. No animal testing? No parabens? It's a yes from me.

Evio Beauty Group

Green Tea Primer
For someone like myself who is prone to oily skin, a primer is a must-have. Without it, my skin suffers under my makeup and did you know that green tea is packed full of antioxidants and caring for damaged skin?

The Konjac Sponge

I recently posted about my successful experience with this little gem. It's a small but mighty, 100% natural cleansing tool which effectively replenishes and accelerates a healthy skin cycle. It has some truly incredible results and my skin has never looked better!

I think these boxes are such a fantastic way to help spread the word about cruelty free and ethical beauty and learn more about how we can make kinder decisions when it comes to cosmetics, not just for animals and the environment - but for us and our wellbeing. If you want to know more, head over to their website and social media pages and show them some love. Don't forget you can shop individual products and brands in the beauty shop with new products added every month! What will you pick?
