Veauty September Box Product Review

Hello lovelies! It’s that time of the month again - no, not that time - I mean it’s my favourite time of month when I get to tell you all about the latest beauty and skincare products I’ve discovered from Veauty.co.uk.

Due to my daily routine involving rather a lot of beauty and skincare products, the importance of choosing sustainably and environmentally friendly is higher than ever right now. There are some fab brands, products and companies (just like Veauty) which are becoming very popular, which is great as it means we as consumers now have the opportunity to choose more consciously not only with ingredients, but packaging and waste too. Companies like Veauty are working hard at bringing us cruelty free, vegan and eco-friendly beauty and skincare which not only do their bit for us, but the environment too and as you can see they do it very, very well indeed!

I've come across many products which I've found unsuitable, but I can safely say that is not the case with Veauty and everything I've used has been a success. If you want to see my latest discoveries then look no further because here they are and as always, they are fab.

So, September saw the likes of these little gems nestling their way into my future beauty and skincare routine:

Pure Purpose Coffee Scrub
with Seaweed and Eucalyptus

Yep, you know it - caffeine - a fantastic boost for dull, tired skin and minds alike! I love, love, love body scrubs, especially natural ones which I know are going to be safe and kind to my sensitive skin.

Pure Purpose produce some really wonderful, sustainable products which contain all natural ingredients like the Seaweed and Eucalyptus extracts you’ll find in this scrub.

  • Seaweed is naturally super hydrating (which is beautifully ironic seeing as it comes from the sea!) and offers some really wonderful anti-inflammatory benefits.

  • Eucalyptus is a fantastic ingredient for renewing the surface of the skin and leaving it feeling softer and looking healthier.

These combined with coffee have come together in this fab body scrub / skin mask which is wonderful news for your skin and body. Once you’ve scrubbed all those lovely ingredients onto the skin you can leave it for a few minutes to allow them to work their magic - such a lovely treat!

Tip: I’d recommend doing this in the shower if you’re prone to making a mess like me!

Balm Balm Super Light
Coconut Cleanser

I wish I had some more experience with this brand - I don’t know why I haven’t tried more from BalmBalm because their products are fantastic for my sensitive skin!

My skin is also very oily reactive which means I have to be careful what products and textures I choose to use on my face because it’s prone to flare ups and I don’t want to aggravate it in any way.

Something like this facial cleanser is ideal because it’s light and perfectly gentle enough to use around the eyes to remove makeup yet effective enough to cleanse deeply when used with a comforting warm face cloth. It’s 100% organic and made with blended coconut oils and coconut butter so the texture is oily and easily removed with water - plus it’s versatile enough to use as you prefer when it comes to your cleansing routine.

I love this because it doesn’t strip the skin and leave it feeling dry and tight like so many other skincare products I’ve tried. This is now my favourite way to start the day and wash away early morning fatigue and in the evenings to rid the skin of impurities. It’s so easy to use, you just spray it into your hands and because it’s a loose consistency it’s perfect for working into the skin in a massage-like fashion and you can just wash it off afterwards with a damp cotton wool pad or your favourite face cloth - this is a such a joy to use!
