Autograph All-In-One Nail Polishes

Autograph 'Splash of Colour' Nail Colour Collection Mini Set including: Powder pink, mink, dandy, tomato, coral, cyclamen and attraction. I prefer these smaller sized nail polish bottles as I never seem to be able to actually get through a regular size, so these are just perfect (great for travelling, too!)

I have this thing for nail varnishes and I always tend to keep a colour on my nails (or even a coat of clear) as with my anxious tendencies I end up biting, picking and chewing and them which leaves them looking horrible, if I don't have something on them at the very least.

The Autograph All-In-One range of lasting nail polishes at Marks and Spencer is one of my favourite ranges in the world (to be honest, M&S as a whole is one of my favourites!) I've tried so many of their colours which are not thick, clumpy or stringy in the least and the shine on them is beautiful. They are enriched with Argan Oil and Vitamin E too which gives your nails a little nourishing treat at the same time and doesn't dry them out (and also helps prevent that overwhelming strong chemical scent that causes coughing, well it does for me anyway!).

The usual marketing ploy that brands use to convince us of 'lasting' nail colours, well I've tried enough to know that's not the case with most of the ones which claim to have durable wear. However, for a nail polish which isn't gel based the Autograph colours really do seem to last over a week compared with others. I am assuming it's that addition of Argan Oil and Vitamin E which might have something to do with it.

I am aiming to add more of these to my collection as the colours are really vibrant, they really do last and don't try and choke you to death (the biggest bonus?). Of course, like with most things, preparation is key. If you want your manicure to last you do need to remember to put in a little bit of extra work beforehand with a bit of filing and buffing action, base coat and finish everything off with a top coat so your nails look extra super-duper lovely.
