Marks & Spencer Formula Mask Reviews
In the palm of my hands I hold skincare magic…
I’ve made no secret of the fact I absolutely adore Marks and Spencer and they are one of the only brands I’ve felt safe with, never having any issues like reactions or unhappy skin days - it’s all good.
Not only that, but they are certified cruelty free and all their own brand beauty and skincare products come with a Leaping Bunny seal of approval, especially their Formula Skin Solutions range which I’m showing you in this post.
When kicking off a blog post about skincare, the first thing I like to address is how it makes me feel when I look at the product and I think it’s safe to say, when I look at these I become very happy indeed - aren’t these just gorgeous?
M&S very kindly gifted me three 50ml pots of luxury skincare from their Formula range that, for sensitive skin sufferers like myself are just ideal and what a superb little trio they are.
So, let’s take a closer look.
Cleanse, purify, detoxify
The first step to any great skincare product is to extract all that nastiness, drawing out impurities that have built up over the course of our busy days, which will lead to breakouts, blemishes and generally dull looking skin if we don’t address it regularly and treat it to a little TLC.
Makeup, pollution, dirt and oils are all common culprits for causing unhappy skin and this mask (other than being really satisfying to apply) is a wonderful way to detoxify those pores and cleanse the skin at the end of the day.
Soothe, hydrate & plump
Rosewater: one of my favourite scents when it comes to skincare, it just smells so insanely good. As you can see, this mask looks exactly like strawberry jelly and it has the same consistency too.
This is packed with hyaluronic acid which, as we’ve been told can hold up to 1000 times its own weight in water, which makes it wonderful for hydrating the skin which also makes you realise there is a significant difference in the feeling of moisturised skin and hydrated skin.
Deeply nourish & replenish
I’ve left my ‘best’ til last because this one is my favourite of all three. You know when you wonder if something that claims to smell like coconut really will smell like it? Well, this 100% does and it’s like creamy, silky, coconut heaven.
It’s made up of indulgent butters like cocoa, shea and jojoba and can be used as as a short-term mask as an indulgent treat or you can use this overnight to replenish the skin (which I’ve done and oh my goodness the results are amazing).
